What to Expect During a Session

    You will lie down comfortably on a mat, supported by bolsters, pillows, and blankets to ensure total physical comfort.

    A short guided meditation or breathing exercise will help you settle into the space and set an intention.

    Sound Bath

    For 45–60 minutes, you will be immersed in a "bath" of sound as different instruments are played around you.

    Return

    The session concludes with a period of silence followed by a gentle invitation to return to the present moment.
